Estimates provided by Frenchy's are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change if site conditions differ once work begins. We will make a reasonable effort to notify you of any changes to scope or pricing before proceeding.
Service dates are scheduled around weather, seasonal workload, and crew availability, and may shift without notice due to conditions outside our control. You agree to provide reasonable access to your property so our crew can complete scheduled work, and to let us know about pets, sprinkler systems, or other conditions we should be aware of.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless other arrangements have been made. Payments may be made by check, cash, or through our online payment portal. See our Pay My Bill page for details. Late payments may be subject to a reasonable late fee.
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can make it right.
While we take care to protect your property, Frenchy's is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden underground utilities or irrigation lines that were not marked or disclosed, or damage resulting from conditions beyond our reasonable control (such as severe weather). Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
